Entity attribution at retail refers to institutions only (exchanges, mixers, protocols, bridges, DEXs). Natural-person identification is never returned through any retail product.
Heightened-attribution data is available only through separately negotiated enterprise agreements with a documented Permissible Purpose; it is not available through this platform under any circumstance.
Disputes about a flagged wallet may be submitted publicly without an account at /disputes — acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 30 days.
