The institutional engine, now for the rest of us.
JIL Sovereign Retail is the consumer-tier expression of a thirty-five-year clearing practice. The same risk engine, evidence anchoring, and custody discipline that institutions license for seven figures — priced in units a person can commission without a procurement process.
Intelligence is not a privilege.
For most of modern finance, the tools to verify a counterparty, to produce admissible evidence, to trace funds, and to safeguard papers were the domain of banks and the law firms that served them. Everyone else operated on faith and Google.
That was tolerable when transactions were slow, custody was centralised, and counterparties were almost always within jurisdiction. It is not tolerable now. The crypto economy moves at chain speed, custody is often on your own device, and your counterparty can be anyone.
JIL Sovereign Retail takes the institutional engine and exposes eleven discrete products, priced per check or per year, to anyone with a lawful purpose. No procurement cycle, no master services agreement, no seven-figure floor. Just the output, sealed and anchored, at the moment you need it.
Four commitments.
Institutional parity.
Retail tiers are downscoped, never down-engineered. The same Wallet Intelligence Engine, the same CourtChain anchor, the same evidentiary standard that clears nine-figure institutional flows.
Privacy by enforcement.
Retail products do not surface natural-person attribution. This is not a policy — it is enforced in code, in the query layer, and in every tier of access. Not a switch a sales person can flip.
Permissible use, only.
Every retail product carries a documented permissible purpose. Checks misused for FCRA-regulated decisions, unconsented surveillance, or doxxing are terminal violations of the agreement.
